To heal is to bring together what belongs together, to make whole what has been fragmented, to bring into harmony what has been discordant.

I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in Psychology from California State University, Northridge and hold dual Associates Degrees in Psychology and Social Behavioral Studies from Los Angeles Pierce College.

I am also a certified Jungian Life Coach and Yoga Teacher (RYT-200); when appropriate, I draw from my range of experiences to incorporate mindfulness and somatic practices in my treatment approach.

EXPERIENCE

As a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee at Southern California Counseling Center, I gained valuable experience in community mental health.

Such a diverse population taught me to see the whole person in their context and without judgment; I strive to facilitate a space for expression, reflection, growth and healing with compassion and a healthy dose of good humor.

An immigrant with multilingual skills, I hold a  strong orientation towards cultural sensitivity and I am keen to work with diverse populations.
